Professional Advice & Support Services (PASS)
At IAAMHP, we understand that mental health practice involves navigating ethical responsibilities, legal obligations, and professional pressures. Our Professional Advice & Support Services (PASS) are designed to support members through these challenges — confidentially and respectfully.
Whether you're dealing with a regulatory notification, have questions about Medicare, are facing an ethical dilemma, or simply need clarity on your professional obligations, PASS is here to support you.
What’s Included
Financial members may access up to two hours of support per year. This may include guidance on professional conduct, practice management issues, ethical matters, or legal questions. You can self-refer at any time.
What to Expect
A timely response (usually within 2–3 business days)
A confidential conversation focused on your needs
Guidance from professionals familiar with mental health practice
Clarification of ethical or regulatory concerns
Referrals to external services or professionals where appropriate
PASS is a support and guidance service. It is not a legal service or therapy.
