The IAAMHP Academy is the dedicated education and professional development division of the Inclusive Australian Agency of Mental Health Practitioners (IAAMHP). It supports mental health professionals throughout their careers—from students and emerging practitioners to experienced clinicians and researchers.

Providing members and the broader mental health community with access to rigorous, evidence-based programs, the Academy addresses the evolving needs of service users, families, and the sector. Its offerings include CPD, licensing, supervision, accreditation, and scholarly publications—fostering ongoing professional growth and sector-wide excellence.

• 🏷️ Licensing Program
  Structured training pathways that lead to IAAMHP-recognised accreditation and licensing. These programs ensure practitioners meet the professional standards required for IAAMHP titles and formal recognition.
• 📘 CPD Hub
  Continuing Professional Development courses aligned with national and international best practices. These include IAAMHP-accredited programs, self-paced online modules, and externally endorsed events. Degree programs accredited by AHPRA, IAAMHP, or comparable statutory bodies are also recognised. Select international programs may be accepted if endorsed by AHPRA or IAAMHP.

  Comprehensive training for supervisors, along with a national directory to help members connect with IAAMHP-recognised supervisors for both mandatory and developmental supervision.

  A platform for peer-reviewed professional and academic publications. IAAMHP members and approved contributors may submit original research, articles, and case studies that advance the knowledge base in mental health.

  Training providers and education institutions may apply for IAAMHP course accreditation. Accredited programs receive IAAMHP-recognition and may be eligible for membership upgrade and CPD allocation.
